At StilusVita, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our pens, notebooks, pen holders, and stationery. We strive for the highest quality in all our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, our Refund Policy is designed to be clear and fair.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same original condition as received.
  • In its original packaging, including all tags and protective materials.
  • Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to customer misuse, are not in resalable condition, or are returned after the 30-day window.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges or refills.
  • Personalized or custom-made stationery items (e.g., engraved pens, monogrammed notebooks).
  • Any digital download products, if offered.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within the eligible period. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
  3. Ship the Item: Please securely pack the item(s) for return, including the RMA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Only the cost of the product will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
