Shipping & Delivery
At StilusVita, we are committed to delivering your carefully selected pens, notebooks, pen holders, and stationery to you reliably and securely. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures.
Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one Standard Shipping method for all orders. All items are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
We ship internationally to most countries. Delivery times for Standard Shipping begin after the order processing period and typically range from:
- 7-14 business days for destinations within the region of our warehouse.
- 14-21 business days for international destinations.
Please note these are estimated timeframes. Delivery can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, local postal services, or seasonal peaks.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight/dimensions of your order. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
You can track your order using the link and tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you experience any issues with tracking information, please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update after dispatch.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/suite numbers and a correct postal code. StilusVita is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email at [email protected] to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. StilusVita has no control over these costs and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period past the estimated delivery window, or if the package appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us promptly at [email protected]. Please include your order number and any relevant details. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
