1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the StilusVita website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," "your") and StilusVita ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or make purchases from our Site.

2. Products and Orders

StilusVita offers a curated selection of writing instruments, notebooks, pen holders, and related stationery. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or product information. Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the StilusVita Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of StilusVita or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "StilusVita" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of StilusVita. You are not granted any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Site without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by StilusVita.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StilusVita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Site and its services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to StilusVita in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item shipped).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StilusVita is legally established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
